Uggs are amazing and I'm in love with them! They're so comfy and soft and you can be freezing everywhere else, but your feet will always stay warm no matter what. I ran to the car the other day expecting to regret the decision, but water did not soak through at all. I got the half a size smaller than I normally do because I heard from my friends they ran kind of big and I'm glad I did because they fit perfectly with or without socks. Buy them! They're excellent

Every company in the world would learn much from you about customer service! I'm so incredibly impressed that I doubt I'll ever buy another pair of shoes (or anything else you carry, for that matter), either in a store or on-line, from anyone other than you.
